NOVA is not a quick update—it’s a next-generation platform built on decades of experience working directly with bowling center owners, operators, and technicians.

Its development has been deliberate and methodical. After extensive live-center testing and refinement, NOVA is now on track for its official release in Quarter 2 of 2026.

That timeline is important.

Q2 marks more than a software launch — it represents the transition to a new standard for Steltronic scoring. Beginning in Q2 2026, NOVA becomes the foundation moving forward, and all new system sales starting at Bowl Expo in Nashville will include this powerful new platform.

Key goals behind NOVA include:

• A flexible architecture that supports future innovation

• Seamless compatibility with real-world bowling center operations

Every feature has been built with operational reality in mind — from league nights to weekend rushes — ensuring stability, speed, and long-term scalability.

As we approach Q2 2026, we will continue sharing details about capabilities, enhancements, and rollout plans. The groundwork has been laid, the testing phase is delivering strong results, and the next chapter of Steltronic scoring is almost here.

Introducing the Steltronic Mobile App

Alongside our scoring software evolution, we’re also expanding the Steltronic experience beyond the lanes.

Our new Steltronic mobile app is designed to bring key interactions and features directly to users’ phones—extending engagement, accessibility, and convenience within the bowling center environment.

This is another step toward modern expectations, where guests interact with technology naturally and intuitively, without adding complexity for center staff.

More details on app features and availability will be announced as development continues.

Now Available: Open a Bowling Lane Directly from the Steltronic Kiosk

We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature for the Steltronic self-service kiosk system.

Guests can now open a bowling lane directly from the kiosk — without waiting in line at the front desk.

The process is simple and intuitive. When guests request a lane, they are prompted to enter:

• The number of players

• The number of games they would like to bowl

• The number of rental shoes needed

Once these selections are completed, the lane is automatically opened and ready for play. Guests can then proceed to the front desk to collect their rental shoes.

This streamlined workflow allows centers to maintain operational control while significantly improving guest flow.

For busy centers, this means:

• Shorter lines during peak hours
  

• Faster lane activation

• Improved traffic flow

• Reduced front desk congestion

For guests, it means a modern, convenient experience that reflects today’s expectations for self-service technology.

The feature integrates seamlessly with existing Steltronic scoring and management systems, ensuring accurate tracking, smooth activation, and a consistent front desk process.

While this new feature of turning on your own lane is only a portion of the kiosk system, remember that placing yourself on the waiting list, ordering food and beverage, are all part of this new and exciting kiosk system from Steltronic.
