Steltronic just finished our first installation in the USA of Focus-NEX scoring with the Edge pinsetter in Kansas, and this makes it our eighth installation worldwide to date. Next month, Steltronic will interface the previous model of TMS pinsetters in Virginia, and this makes the total number of pinsetters interfaced worldwide up to 39 different pinsetter models. 

One of the newest string pinsetters is called Edge, and we are excited to say that Steltronic is fully interfaced with this pinsetter. Steltronic is proud to release the newest version of on-line booking your reservation for bowling using Focus automatic scoring. Booking your birthday-corporate parties, and individual lanes in advance from your mobile device, tablet, or any computer is easier now and improved.

With the on-line booking system fully integrated with Focus, your leagues and prior bookings will not be in conflict with any new on-line bookings. Your customers pay in advance with a credit card, and the reservation is available on the front desk within 30 seconds of the credit card approval.

Upgrades Going Strong

The new year of 2022 has started off with many customers upgrading their hardware to the solid state HDMI Vision lane computers. 

The new Vision-NEX lane computer has the new SSD (Solid State Drive) which makes it faster, and with no moving parts in the hard drive, it mounts directly to the motherboard and the SATA hard drive cable is also a thing of the past. New technologies have enabled the Vision-NEX computer to display the patented Steltronic 3-D animations that are fully integrated with the scoring grids and the player score.

Steltronic will "BUY" your old lane computer as part of our upgrade program. If you want to stay current with all of the FREE software features in Focus, contact Steltronic for an upgrade.

High Voltage Bumper Controller

Steltronic announces our newest version of the High Voltage Bumper Controller.

When your bowling center has motorized bumpers, (known as Pinball Wizard), we have a new controller that controls a pair of bumpers. 

Simply connect the wires from the motor into our controller, and now your automatic bumpers are controllable by Steltronic Focus and WINS scoring, along with most other competitive scoring systems. 

Self Ordering Food and Beverage Kiosk

Steltronic's food and beverage self ordering kiosk terminal was designed to allow your customers the ability to order food and drinks from a remote location. 

Place these kiosks anywhere in your bowling center to speed up the time where your customers can order food and drinks. The food items are printed in the kitchen for the chef to prepare, and drinks are printed in the bar. 

Long Distance Monitors

‌

When you have flat screen HDMI monitors very far away from the Steltronic Vision Lane Computer (VLC), you have a situation where the HDMI signal out of the VLC needs to be sent over long distances to the flat screen monitors up front.

This situation usually happens when the Steltronic lane computer (VLC) is mounted near the pinsetters, and the overhead monitors (or touch screen bowler consoles) are located up front near the bowlers. 

Using typical HDMI cables over 15 feet is not recommended, and if the monitors are (up to 300 feet) away, the new Steltronic VME hardware will solve the problem and keep it all neatly packaged in one hardware box.

MOBILE ORDERING

Steltronic has unveiled our new food and beverage mobile ordering system. Food and soft drink orders will be printed in the kitchen, while alcoholic drinks will be printed in the bar.

Customizing a pizza is super simple with the touchscreen for the items you want added to your pizza. Adding a custom menu item to your burger, or a personal note to the chef for preparation is also available for any item purchased.

Customize each tablet for the specific items to be purchased. It’s all customizable from your Steltronic Focus-NEX front desk or back office computers.
